All of our classes are coach led from the warm-up to the cool-down and are designed to give you a full body workout every time.
We know you're busy, that's why we made our classes time-efficient, so that you can get in, get fit, and get back to your day!

This adult HIIT style group class provides a perfect mix of strength, conditioning, stamina, and core work. We use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, step boxes, jump ropes, and more! NO barbells are used in these one hour, action packed classes.
This adult group class offers the most sweat bang for your time buck on a Saturday morning. We will make the most of your half hour using all the things you love from our regular classes. Each 30 minutes is programmed differently so you can get in a 30 minute sweat sesh or stay the full 90 minutes.

Teens and youth ages 10-18 learn fundamental strength movements, gymnastic skills, functional fitness and more in this 60-minute class. Every day is different, challenging and fun! In a safe and controlled environment, teens use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and other equipment under the strict supervision of a trained coach. *Ages may vary

Children from 5-12 years old learn the basics of fitness in these 45-minute classes. A trained coach will work 1:1 with each child to build skills and develop good habits at a young age. Very light equipment is used when appropriate based on each individual child’s readiness and ability level.
