All of our classes are coach led from the warm-up to the cool-down and are designed to give you a full body workout every time.

This adult HIIT style group class provides a perfect mix of strength and conditioning. We use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, step boxes, jump ropes, and more! NO barbells are used in this 45 minute, action packed class. Each class guarantees a 20 to 30 minute workout and finishes with core work.

This adult group class offers the most sweat bang for your time buck. We will make the most of your half hour using only cardio and bodyweight movements. Every workout will be different, making it fun, and keeping you coming back for more.

Teens and youth ages 10-18 learn fundamental strength movements, gymnastic skills, functional fitness and more in this 60-minute class. Every day is different, challenging and fun! In a safe and controlled environment, teens use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and other equipment under the strict supervision of a trained coach. *Ages may vary

Children from 5-12 years old learn the basics of fitness in these 45-minute classes. A trained coach will work 1:1 with each child to build skills and develop good habits at a young age. Very light equipment is used when appropriate based on each individual child’s readiness and ability level.

Athletic mobility is 45 minutes of joint-specific dynamic mobility drills leading to longer static holds for EVERY major joint and muscle in your body. Class is designed to help you stay active, injury free and get the most out of your workouts. Can be done pre or post workout.
Hot flow is 1 hour of joint-specific dynamic mobility drills leading into energetic yoga-based flows ending with longer static holds for EVERY major joint and muscle in your body. Class is designed to activate muscles, deepen your squats and lunges, repair your sore body and get your ready for your next workout. Can be done as workout as well as pre or post exercise.
